At last the exhibition is a reality. To be set up on the 3rd and officially opened on the 5th, 12-2pm at the East Gippsland Art Gallery in Bairndale. There are 134 pieces of wireworked Jewellery, some needlefelted landscapes and a lifecycle installation which should give everyone plenty to absorb, and hopefully choose their favourites to purchase.
People coming down for the opening are invited to join me at the Terminus Hotel for 4pm predinner drinks and 5pm dinner. Please email originals@christenjo.com.au to have a place reserved.
So far the new work has been very well recieved by those who have been able to preview it, so I hope you can all make it to have a look first hand.
Hope to see you there, or maybe you could venture down for the long weekend. The Gallery is open on the Saturday from 10-2pm.
